You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in.

9. International transfers

Your data is stored on servers within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred to third-party providers outside the UK/EEA (e.g., US-based services), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or the provider's binding corporate rules.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have not complied with data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority: ico.org.uk.
