Every morning, Tellux pulls in new planning applications from the councils you've picked and, if you like, emails you a summary. No more checking each council's planning portal yourself.

Step 3Build your pipeline in seconds

Save relevant applications as leads

Filter by the work you do, like extensions, lofts or new builds, open any job to see the details, and save the ones worth pursuing. Saved jobs go into My jobs.

Step 4Write once, send to many

Get a letter written for every job

We've written a first letter and a follow-up for you. Tellux fills in each homeowner's name, address and project, puts your business details at the top, and lays it out to fit a window envelope. Edit any letter before you print.

Step 5Know who you've contacted

Post them and follow up on time

Print one letter or a whole batch, post them, and tick them off. Two weeks later, any job you haven't heard back on comes back with a follow-up letter ready.

Starter covers 1 council, Professional covers 3, and Business covers every council we have data for. You can see which councils are covered on our councils page.
How do the letters work?
We give you a ready-written first letter and follow-up, which you can change to sound like you. Tellux fills in each homeowner's details and your business details, then you print them or save them as a PDF. Each prints on one A4 page that folds into a window envelope.
